The position requires availability for evening shifts and weekends, with flexible scheduling options available.

The ideal candidate should possess reliable transportation and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly washing, drying, and sanitizing all cookware, dishware, and utensils
  • Cleaning and maintaining kitchen areas, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing walls and equipment
  • Managing the stocking of deliveries and inventory, including food and supplies
  • Supporting line cooks and kitchen staff with cleaning and organization tasks

Preferred Skills:

  • A strong sense of urgency and efficiency
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Capability to collaborate well within a team
