At Medica, we are seeking a visionary Transformational Business Process Director to drive strategic growth and excellence through holistic Lean Six Sigma practices. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional leaders, vendors, and employees at all levels, providing direction and supervision to Black and Green Belts. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in Business Process Management, Program Management, and Operations, with a proven track record of driving business outcomes through performance metrics and KPIs.

As a Transformational Business Process Director, you will play a leading role in evaluating, documenting, designing, managing, and monitoring end-to-end business processes and underlying systems. Your expertise will help us deliver expected business results and drive innovation through the creation of value streams.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, with 8+ years of related work experience in Business Process Management, Program Management, Operations, or a related field. A mastery of all Six Sigma concepts and tools is essential, including Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events, A3, Kanban boards, Root Cause Analysis, and Control Plans.

We are seeking a transformational leader who can drive cross-functional teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in change management, with a proven ability to formulate content and present clearly both internally and externally. Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, iGrafx, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and/or Teams is also required.

The annual salary range for this position is $124,600 - $213,600, with opportunities for incentive plan compensation in addition to base salary.
