Software Engineer

This role will be responsible for the analysis, design, testing, development, and maintenance of best-in-class software experiences. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who can collaborate with a team and across the organization, taking ownership of software artifacts produced to ensure minimal impact on the customer experience.
The successful candidate will be adept in the agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles, with a strong understanding of cloud deployment and containerization. Experience with Azure Cognitive Services, including image data extraction using form recognizer and Azure language services, is highly desirable.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Serving as a full-stack agile application developer, responsible for development from front-end to back-end, including refactoring legacy code and reducing technical debt.
- Developing business solutions using Azure cognitive services for intelligent document processing.
- Integration of Tungsten Total Agility Solution to combine Azure OCR and Tungsten platform business process management capabilities and build end-to-end business applications.
- Integration of Tungsten Total Agility Solution to Azure Cognitive Services, including Azure Open AI, to create business solutions using generative AI for decision-making and additional Azure services with NLP/NLU capabilities.
- Adding automated unit testing and performing functional testing as needed.
- Participating in code migration, deployment, and rollout processes.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, 401(k) contribution, and pension. Our salary range is $102,000 - $132,440.00, depending on location and experience.
