Manufacturing Assembly Technician

PeopleShare of South Charlotte is currently seeking dedicated Assembly Technicians to support a prominent manufacturing firm. This family-owned business offers a contract role with competitive pay and a chance to grow your skills in a dynamic environment.
Position Overview:
- Compensation: $15.75 per hour
- Shift Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday
- Weekly Pay Schedule
- Medical Benefits Available
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately assemble components according to specified guidelines.
- Conduct quality inspections to detect defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance assembly processes and achieve production targets.
- Adhere to detailed assembly instructions and operational procedures.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in assembly within a manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Basic mathematical skills and familiarity with measuring instruments.
