Position Overview

The Morning Service Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service during the complimentary breakfast service at our hotel. This position involves preparing and presenting high-quality breakfast offerings to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with guests and colleagues in a warm, courteous, and service-oriented fashion.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of food and beverage areas, ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready for service.
  • Prepare breakfast items and replenish as necessary throughout service hours.
  • Coordinate with various departments to accommodate special requests and recognize VIP guests.
  • Assist in all aspects of food and beverage service as required.
  • Provide guests with information about hotel amenities and menu options.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall operations.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic proficiency in English communication.
  • Capability to obtain food handlers certification as necessary.
  • Physical ability to execute job responsibilities with precision and efficiency.
  • General computer skills.
  • Effective communication skills to convey information clearly.
  • Genuine desire to serve all guests.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in hospitality or a related field.
  • Prior food and beverage service experience.
