As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely documentation to support our exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Obtain and request medical authorizations, accurately logging in authorizations and prescriptions, and following up as needed to ensure the billing process is completed seamlessly.
  • Fulfill pick-up requests to ensure timely delivery of essential medical supplies.
  • Contribute to the overall success of our customer service team through attention to detail and commitment to thorough documentation.
Requirements
  • A go-getter attitude and a team-player personality.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using various software and tools to complete documentation tasks.
  • Ability to adapt to new systems as needed.
