Job Title: Senior Recruiter/Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruiter/Account Manager to join our team at Cardinal Technology Solutions Inc. This role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, developing new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, including end-to-end account management and delivering qualified candidates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, identifying their staffing needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Source and select high-quality candidates, utilizing a range of recruitment channels and techniques.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand client requirements and deliver results-driven recruitment solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts within the IT industry, identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client relationships, track candidate interactions, and analyze recruitment metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the delivery of innovative recruitment solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality recruitment services, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
