  • Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Solid understanding of automotive systems, repair techniques, and industry standards.
  • Sound knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or similar technical college.
Physical Requirements:
  • Occasional lifting and/or moving of objects over 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work with tools lifted above their head.
  • Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair.
  • Have the needed dexterity to efficiently use hand-tools.
  • Walk/stand for the majority of the workday.
  • Drive manual transmission vehicles.
  • Keep a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment.
  • Efficiently navigate a computer.
