Job Title: ARS Program Manager

Catholic Community Services of the Mid-Willamette Valley and Central Coast is seeking a highly motivated and experienced ARS Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight to our Direct Support Professional (DSP) staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and supervision to DSP staff, ensuring they receive the support and resources needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Ensure the delivery of services is consistent with trauma-informed care and meets the needs of individuals served.
  • Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating staff to ensure high-quality care and services.
  • Model leadership, self-accountability, and professionalism within the home(s) to create a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for individuals served, employees, and visitors.
  • Responsible for ensuring clear instructions are established for each shift and each shift change meeting.
  • Complete unannounced visits to assigned homes for each shift (including weekends) at least monthly.
  • Monitor compliance of applicable standards, including state licensing OARs, CCS policies, Program Procedures, and Individual Support Plans (ISPs).
  • Responsible for scheduling DSP staff to meet care/ratio needs, maximizing staffing resources, and minimizing overtime and external temporary staffing hours.
  • Reconcile customer funds at a minimum of one time per month.
  • Manage individual's funds, including banking, bill pay, and benefit limits, in accordance with the individual's ISP.
  • Function as a supportive and helpful liaison with family members and ISP team members.
  • Support the coordination of Day Support Activities (DSA) for persons served in partnership with associated DSA staff members.
  • Ensure all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) are provided in accordance with the ISP for individuals served.
  • Model relationships with individuals served in a nurturing, consistent, warm, caring, adult-appropriate, and trauma-informed manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral science, social science, or a closely related field.
  • OR an associate degree in behavioral science, social science, or a closely related field and two years of human services-related experience.
  • OR high school diploma/GED and four years of human services-related experience.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license with a driving record that permits coverage under the agency's corporate auto liability policy, and personal automobile liability insurance coverage.
  • Ability to lift up to 65 pounds for a total of up to 130 pounds in a two-person lift.
  • Have or be able to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification within 30 days of employment.

  • Verifiable professional management or supervisory experience.
