We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing healthful and delicious gourmet meals for our residents.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Work effectively with residents and staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Follow written and oral instructions to maintain high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Stay up-to-date with dietary procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to food service operations
  • Lead and supervise professional and non-professional personnel as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years experience as a cook in a hotel, restaurant, or club with fine dining preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Culinary Arts training a plus
  • 2 years dietary experience

Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 50lbs
  • Stand for extended periods of time in a fast-paced kitchen environment
