Job Description
In this critical role, you will serve as a liaison between Ardon Health, patients, and physicians' offices. Your primary responsibilities will include communicating with patients and providers to schedule deliveries, assist with patient assistance programs, and enroll patients in Ardon services.

You will also be responsible for accepting new prescriptions, verifying insurance information, explaining company programs and services to patients and physician's office staff, and referring medication or illness-related questions or concerns to licensed healthcare professionals.

Additionally, you will maintain documentation of calls to and from patients, contact patients to schedule deliveries, confirm addresses, inform of co-payment involvement, and notify of payment responsibilities.

This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to effectively collaborate in a team setting, proficiency in standard workplace software, prior experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, and the ability to navigate computer applications.
