Clinical Liaison RN Specialist

Pivotal to our team, the Clinical Liaison RN plays a crucial role in coordinating and arranging home care services between Providence Home Services (HS) and contracted facilities. This position requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate seamless interactions between healthcare providers and patients.

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position ranges from $50.21 to $70.04 per hour, based on location and experience. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Responsibilities
This per-diem/on-call position involves representing Providence Home Services at contracted facilities. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and arranging home care services between HS and contracted facilities.
- Facilitating strong communication and interpersonal relationships between healthcare providers and patients.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- An Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- A high level of professionalism, empathy, and understanding when interacting with patients and families.
