Sales Director for a Senior Living Community

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to join our team at At Home New York. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing occupancy levels at our community. With a strong background in sales and marketing, you will develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to attract new residents and increase sales.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, conducting market research, and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
In this role, you will also be responsible for managing a sales team, providing training and development opportunities, and ensuring that all team members are equipped to provide exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the Executive Director to develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan that meets our community's goals and objectives.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to attract new residents and increase sales
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Manage a sales team, provide training and development opportunities, and ensure that all team members are equipped to provide exceptional customer service
- Work closely with the Executive Director to develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan
- Meet or exceed occupancy and sales targets
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the senior living industry
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This salary range is based on national averages for sales directors in the senior living industry.
