- Attend to individual care needs and get to know each resident's unique preferences and personalities.
- Notify leadership of changes in condition and recommend adjustments in the level of care and service.
- A dedicated passion to serving seniors and excellent customer service skills.
- A positive attitude, flexibility to perform various duties, and the ability to work in a team environment.
- State certification is required.
- High School Degree/GED required.
- One year of experience working in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
- Previous experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
