Overview

As a Clinical Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents, working closely with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional care.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight of all clinical programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of care.
  • Quality assurance and regulatory compliance, ensuring our services meet the highest standards.
  • Training and development of our clinical and home health aides, empowering them to provide exceptional care.
  • Ability to travel within the Home Health geographic area, approximately 50% of the time, to support our residents and team members.
Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license, with a minimum of 5 years of RN experience, preferably in Home Health.
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a skilled nurse, long-term care, hospital, or home health environment, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
  • Proven ability to delegate and oversee care, with good judgment, time management, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to be on call during weekends, with flexible hours during the week, as needed for patient care.
