Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • 2-3 years of experience in social work case management, preferably with opportunity youth.
  • Critical thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to serving diverse populations.
