This is a full-time opportunity that requires a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as two years of experience working in a human service setting. You will be responsible for assessing callers, utilizing de-escalation techniques, and deploying mobile crisis teams as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess strong assessment and evaluation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with others in a team environment. A valid State of Michigan driver's license is also required.
