Job Title: Physician - HIV Specialist

At AIDS Healthcare Foundation, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physician to join our team as an HIV Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients living with HIV/AIDS.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients with HIV/AIDS, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of related conditions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and guidelines to provide evidence-based care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Medical Board license MD/DO/RNP (State specific) in Internal/Family Medicine/Adult Gerontology/Infectious Disease.
  • Valid DEA & Furnishing license.
  • Comfortable with seeing up to 15-18 patients per day.
  • Prior experience or interest in treating and diagnosing HIV/AIDS clients in an outpatient Primary Care setting.
  • Must obtain AAHIVM Certification within 18 months of hire.
  • Current CPR/BLS (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation) is required.
