Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive overall sales strategy for residential electronics, setting and achieving aggressive sales targets.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of electronic systems in home construction to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster loyalty and long-term collaboration.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and narratives that highlight the value of our products and solutions, resonating with diverse audiences.
  • Mentor and guide the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and providing training on sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create and refine sales strategies that align with business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in residential sales, with a strong understanding of electronics and home construction.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a commanding presence.
  • Experience in leading and developing sales teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $275,000 - $425,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
