Responsibilities:
  • Serve on the senior management team, contributing to the agency's culture, strategy, and direction
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and enhance the agency's reputation
  • Cultivate and retain a strong client base, working closely with executive teams and serving as a respected counselor to client companies
  • Grow the client base through various means, including organic growth, new business leads, and prospecting opportunities
  • Lead account success initiatives, develop internal team leaders, and promote Spark's best work
  • Manage a talented team, coaching junior staff to lead their own practice groups and running accounts efficiently
