- Adhere to established escalation protocols within IT Operations and related departments.
- Offer assistance to senior IT personnel as needed.
- Document and track all issues using the designated tracking system.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficient with technology and computer systems.
- Genuine interest in working with IT equipment.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Must successfully complete a thorough background check for licensing requirements.
