Granger Medical Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Service Representative to join our team in our Pediatrics Department. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients, physicians, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and families in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and efficient manner
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff regarding appointment scheduling and other needs
- Record patient demographic information and billing information
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Previous medical billing or office experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Basic computer skills and typing ability
