Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Care Coordinator to join our team at Wayzata Children's Clinic. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and creating a positive experience for our young patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care activities, including rooming patients, verifying patient information, and taking vital signs.
  • Support immunizations and medications as ordered by providers, while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Ensure patient confidentiality by adhering to organizational and HIPAA policies and regulations.
  • Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure clear and concise communication between the clinic and patients.
  • Travel to alternate satellite clinics as needed to cover clinic and patient needs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of customer service experience.
  • History of working with children of all ages.
  • Lab and Phlebotomy experience with the pediatric population preferred.
  • Clinical background preferred.
