Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Gillette Children's in Maple Grove, Minnesota. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.
Job Summary:The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing direct and indirect family-centered therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting. This includes evaluating patients, developing and implementing therapy care plans, and providing education and support to patients and their families.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients to identify their physical therapy needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement therapy care plans, including exercises, activities, and education to help patients achieve their goals
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote independence and community integration
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Complete administrative tasks, such as documentation and billing, in a timely and accurate manner
- Professional licensure/registration: Physical Therapy State License
- Pending credentials: Registration and Licensure pending, not to exceed three months in this status
- Current certification in CPR (BLS for Healthcare Providers through American Heart Association) or must obtain certification within 90-days of hire
- Pediatric experience strongly preferred
- Virtual care experience
