Key Responsibilities- Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and completeness
- Provide clinical consultation and education to patients and healthcare providers
- Manage and maintain accurate records of patient medication therapy
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care and outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance pharmacy services
- Pharm.D. degree and licensure as a registered pharmacist
- Unrestricted license as a registered pharmacist in any state
- Certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (CPR and AED)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
