Key Objectives:

- Contribute to lead-generation efforts through media promotion, SEO, and social media management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our marketing strategies ahead of the curve.
- Refine marketing strategies through campaign analysis and engagement metrics.
- Enhance efficiency in outbound marketing initiatives.
- Supervise third-party vendors for website development, graphic design, and other marketing services.
- Actively manage SEO practices and optimize performance.
- Develop and implement both paid and organic advertising campaigns.
- Maintain a proactive and professional demeanor while exemplifying strong work ethics.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of marketing experience with a proven leadership track record.
- Hands-on experience in creating marketing and advertising content from conception to execution and analysis.
- Strong grasp of marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, and social media strategies.
- Experience in managing mass email campaigns while maintaining domain integrity.
- Demonstrated success in a dynamic environment, both independently and collaboratively.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to deadlines and budgets.
- Detail-oriented and methodical.
- 2+ years of experience with CRM systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and LinkedIn.
- Basic understanding of WordPress functionality and a willingness to learn.
- Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously.
- Willingness to independently learn and solve problems.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Graphic design capabilities.

- 2+ years of experience with online data providers.
