  • Refine marketing strategies through campaign analysis and engagement metrics.
  • Enhance efficiency in outbound marketing initiatives.
  • Supervise third-party vendors for website development, graphic design, and other marketing services.
  • Actively manage SEO practices and optimize performance.
  • Develop and implement both paid and organic advertising campaigns.
  • Maintain a proactive and professional demeanor while exemplifying strong work ethics.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with a proven leadership track record.
  • Hands-on experience in creating marketing and advertising content from conception to execution and analysis.
  • Strong grasp of marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, and social media strategies.
  • Experience in managing mass email campaigns while maintaining domain integrity.
  • Demonstrated success in a dynamic environment, both independently and collaboratively.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to deadlines and budgets.
  • Detail-oriented and methodical.
  • 2+ years of experience with CRM systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and LinkedIn.
  • Basic understanding of WordPress functionality and a willingness to learn.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Willingness to independently learn and solve problems.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Graphic design capabilities.
  • Experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and public relations.
  • Established media relationships.
  • 2+ years of experience with online data providers.
