As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development in the North Florida region. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to deliver high-quality projects and services that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Business Plans: Create and implement annual business plans that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Lead Business Development Efforts: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute business development strategies that drive growth and revenue.
  • Manage Project Teams: Supervise and mentor project managers and team members to ensure successful project delivery and high-quality results.
  • Build Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Manage Marketing and Business Development Budgets: Develop and manage budgets for marketing and business development initiatives to ensure effective use of resources.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in business development and leadership roles, with a strong background in transportation engineering.
  • Licensure: Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) with a strong preference for licensure in Florida.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
