">This part-time internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in day-to-day administrative operations of a fast-paced and growing business.
">The successful candidate will work closely with our team at headquarters to support various tasks and projects, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and more.
">Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.">
- Support the onboarding process by helping new hires with paperwork and orientation.">
- Help organize and execute employee engagement initiatives.">
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.">
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and essential job functions.">
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as employee recognition programs.">
- Support the People & Culture team in day-to-day administrative tasks.">
- Enter and update data accurately in spreadsheets, databases, and other systems.">
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper records.">
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and coordinate project-related tasks for special projects.">

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.">
