Land Analysts will play a critical role in financial analysis and market research to support land acquisition and development projects. Key responsibilities include preparing financial reports, conducting feasibility studies, and maintaining databases for project analysis. In close cooperation with leadership, you will ensure optimal financial planning and compliance with corporate strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial reports and conduct feasibility studies to support land acquisition and development projects
  • Maintain databases for project analysis and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
  • Work closely with leadership to ensure optimal financial planning and compliance with corporate strategies
  • Perform asset sales pricing analysis and formulate financial deal points for disposition opportunities
  • Implement and maintain computerized financial proforma models for community planning purposes

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Finance, or similar discipline required
  • Local real estate knowledge extremely beneficial
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and working knowledge of mapping applications required

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes robust health insurance plans, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with a $1 for $1 Company Match up to 5%, Paid Parental Leave, and an Associate Assistance Plan.
