Job Title: Senior Grants Specialist

Join a dynamic team at Staffing Advisors of Maryland as a Senior Grants Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (SCAI) grant tracking and outcomes reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate grant submission processes for established initiatives, ensuring timely submission to grantors.
  • Review and revise initiative budgets with SCAI staff.
  • Manage grants outcomes reporting, including developing and coordinating reports.
  • Oversee grants reconciliation processes.
  • Monitor relevant metrics for ongoing industry-funded projects and initiatives.
  • Manage the LOA process, including paperwork and tracking.
  • Input grant details and updates into the fundraising tracker.
  • Oversee milestones reporting and payments for specific projects.
  • Collaborate with the industry relations team to improve grant template quality and processes.
  • Maintain and update the grants calendar.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in multi-project management, grant writing, proposal development, program evaluation, and/or data analysis.
  • Experience in a medical society and/or working with healthcare professionals or physicians is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, effective written communication abilities, excellent project and time management skills, and demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
