Job Overview

Pinnacle Peak Trading Company LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team.

  • Provide exceptional customer service via email and phone, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and vendors.
  • Assist with new product acquisition, from purchasing to item data entry, ensuring seamless integration into our inventory management system.
  • Schedule inbound freight shipments, working closely with our logistics team to ensure on-time deliveries and efficient warehouse operations.
  • Collaborate with existing vendors to maintain strong relationships and ensure timely shipments and credits.
  • Handle product returns, ensuring proper refunds for our customers and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support our wholesale clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to increasing office productivity and efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance our operations.
  • Work closely with our warehouse team as needed, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to meet our business objectives.
