Driving Our Mission:
Our BD team consists of experts in business development who excel in capture strategy, proposal crafting, market analysis, storyboarding, and pricing strategies.

Through a comprehensive suite of services, tools, and programs, we formulate strategies to pursue and secure contracts.

Your Role:
As the Vice President of Business Growth, you will lead the formulation and execution of our business development strategy. This encompasses identifying new business prospects, nurturing existing relationships with potential clients and partners, and overseeing the creation and implementation of business plans.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify, cultivate, and monitor opportunities for Federal Government contracts.
- Explore potential joint ventures and partnerships.
- Foster relationships with clients and client organizations.
- Guide the BD team in executing various capture and proposal services, including solicitation analysis, proposal requirement determination, response strategy development, and submission of compliant proposals.
- Create and deliver impactful client presentations and proposals tailored to specific client needs.
- Develop a marketing strategy and assist in planning and executing sales initiatives.
- Maintain professional and effective working relationships with colleagues at all organizational levels.

Proposal Development:
- Lead the BD team in crafting Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Quote (RFQ), and Requests for Proposal (RFP).
- Write proposal sections as necessary, including non-technical content and qualifications statements.

Basic Qualifications:
- Provide outstanding customer service, communicate effectively with corporate staff and external partners, and meet project deadlines.
- Proven success in lead generation, proposal development, and securing contracts with clients such as GSA, DHS, DOJ, and other federal agencies.
- Familiarity with federal acquisition vehicles, including GSA e-Buy and GSA schedules.
- Understanding of SBA and FAR regulations.
- Exceptional proposal writing and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for organization, detail, and quality presentation.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
- 7-10+ years of experience in business development management within the federal market.
- Experience with formal business capture processes.
- Proficient in managing business pipelines, forecasting, and proposal development.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with a collaborative approach.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to work efficiently, accurately, and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
- Highly responsive and adept at prioritizing high-impact tasks.
- Competitive, enthusiastic, and driven to surpass personal and organizational goals.
- Proficient in the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail and a positive attitude, even under pressure.
