About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to lead our Crumbl Cookies store in Saugus, MA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead a team of employees, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and cash handling.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that every customer has an exceptional experience, providing prompt and friendly service, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Sales and Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer loyalty, and improve store profitability.
  • Inventory and Logistics: Manage inventory levels, ordering, and logistics to ensure that the store is always stocked with the right products.
  • Financial Management: Oversee cash handling, bank deposits, and other financial responsibilities to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in the retail or food service industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
