Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion the Crumbl Cookies Brand: Ensure that every customer has a special experience at our store, embodying the Crumbl Cookies values and standards.
  • Bakery Operations: Develop and implement efficient baking processes, working closely with our bakers to produce high-quality products and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Scheduling and Inventory Management: Create seamless schedules that meet the needs of our employees and customers, while also managing inventory levels and ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Financial Management: Oversee store cash management, bank deposits, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure employee growth and satisfaction.
  • Catering and Events: Identify new opportunities for catering and large events, working closely with our marketing team to promote our services.
  • Store Maintenance: Oversee day-to-day maintenance tasks, ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience managing others, preferably in a bakery or restaurant environment.
  • 21 years or older.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Technology literate and proficient in inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
