- Greet customers warmly upon their arrival
- Present and clarify vehicle features and warranties to clients
- Address customer inquiries related to vehicles, financing, and purchasing processes
- Accompany customers on test drives, ensuring all necessary paperwork is collected
- Negotiate pricing and trade-in values
- Collaborate with the finance team on financing options
- Follow up with previous customers to ensure satisfaction
- Continuously enhance product and sales knowledge
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations
- Provide regular updates and feedback to the Sales Manager
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Previous experience in automotive sales is advantageous but not required - Training will be provided
- Flexible work schedule, including Saturdays
- Approach each day with a positive mindset and a commitment to excellence
