Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team at Norhardt Crossing apartments in Brookfield, WI. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for greeting prospects, presenting the features and benefits of our community, and securing lease agreements from qualified individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the leasing process with prospective tenants, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
- Guide clients on tours, the application process, and close sales to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of prospective and current client history, and respond to phone, email, and in-person communication in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle resident concerns and requests with a positive customer service attitude, and provide follow-through and assistance to the Property Manager and support groups as needed.
- Assist with training on-site staff to achieve operational goals, and maintain community appearance by conducting regular inspections and tours.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong sales and/or leasing experience, with a high level of interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to maintain high energy, friendly demeanor, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to perform entry to intermediate level mathematic functions without additional personnel assistance.
- National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) certification desired.
- Computer proficient in Microsoft Office, with typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
- Achieve Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
- Be able to work evenings and weekends if requested.
