Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Coordinator at Marshalls, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting a positive store culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
- Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
- Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customer
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with the retail team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
