Job Description & Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Program Manager RN to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a Quality Program Manager RN, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the Quality and Performance Improvement Program for assigned services and locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality and performance improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct analysis and performance assessment to identify clinical outcomes and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reporting to assess effectiveness of PI projects and interventions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement improvement solutions.

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS).
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within five (5) years from the initial date of hire; RN with 15+ years of service may be considered in lieu of education agreement.
  • Advanced Degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.
  • Relevant certification in the specialty area preferred.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in a professional or technical role/function in a healthcare or related setting as applicable to a clinical specialty/service line.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in a quality, regulatory readiness, performance improvement or patient safety role.
