Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrative Assistant to join our Radiation Oncology Department. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide professional support to our faculty physicians, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to executive faculty, including travel and reimbursement management, editorial work, and preparation of presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring compliance with university and departmental policies.
- Manage complex projects, including grant applications, grant budgets, and manuscripts.
- Function as a liaison with other departments, preparing documents and reports as needed.
- Plan and coordinate projects, such as meetings, appointments, and events.
- High school graduation or GED and three years of related secretarial/administrative experience.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
