Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrative Assistant to join our Radiation Oncology Department. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide professional support to our executive faculty, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our department.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to executive faculty, including travel and reimbursement management, editorial work, and preparation of presentations and documents.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring compliance with university and departmental policies.
- Manage complex projects, including grant applications, budgets, and reports, requiring significant contact with other departments and outside organizations.
- Compose and type letters, memorandums, and other correspondence, and maintain sub-ledgers and ledgers for various accounts.
- Plan and coordinate projects, such as meetings, appointments, conferences, seminars, and workshops, and handle finances for programs.
- High school graduation or GED and three years of related secretarial/administrative experience.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
