Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant II to join our Radiation Oncology department. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to our faculty and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our department and contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to faculty and staff, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to internal and external stakeholders.
- High school graduation or equivalent required; four years of related work experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
