Position Overview:

We are in search of a proactive and knowledgeable Mechanical HVAC Engineer. This permanent position demands a thorough understanding of mechanical engineering concepts, an innovative approach, and a strong aptitude for problem-solving. The ideal candidate will be tasked with the design, development, and maintenance of HVAC systems across various projects. Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and engineer HVAC systems that fulfill client specifications while adhering to all applicable regulations and standards.

3. Collaborate with diverse teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to ensure project success.

4. Conduct site assessments and performance evaluations to verify the efficiency and safety of HVAC systems.

5. Offer technical mentorship and support to junior engineers and team members, promoting a culture of ongoing learning and enhancement.

6. Stay informed about the latest industry developments and engage in professional growth opportunities.

7. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely project execution and material delivery.

8. Prepare and present detailed reports and proposals to stakeholders, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of project goals and results.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is essential; a master's degree is preferred.

2. At least 5 years of experience in HVAC system design and development.

3. Professional Engineer (PE) certification is mandatory.

4. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Revit is required.

5. Familiarity with LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) principles and certification is advantageous.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.

7. Excellent problem-solving capabilities, with a creative and innovative mindset towards engineering challenges.

8. Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
