Leadership and Operations:

As a key member of our restaurant leadership team, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest service. This includes overseeing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and ensuring food safety standards are met.

Guest Experience:

You will ensure every guest leaves satisfied, managing customer concerns with a positive, solutions-focused approach. Your ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, is essential to meeting the needs of our guests.

Financial Performance:

Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability through effective labor and cost management. You will also support staff training and development, ensuring team members are equipped to provide top-tier service.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure adherence to company policies, food safety guidelines, and sanitation standards to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and car insurance coverage are required for travel to training sessions, corporate meetings, and other off-site activities.
