Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability
  • Ensure efficient restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and employee training
  • Provide exceptional guest service, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to our core values
  • Identify and address areas for improvement, implementing changes to enhance restaurant performance
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) - Preferred
  • Food Safety Certified
  • 1-2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
  • Basic math skills
  • Microsoft Office and general systems experience
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules and extended hours
  • High energy to keep up with our fast-paced environment
