Restaurant Operations Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager in achieving sales and profit goals, ensuring seamless restaurant operations, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability
- Ensure efficient restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and employee training
- Provide exceptional guest service, resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to our core values
- Identify and address areas for improvement, implementing changes to enhance restaurant performance
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) - Preferred
- Food Safety Certified
- 1-2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
- Basic math skills
- Microsoft Office and general systems experience
- Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules and extended hours
