We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Lines Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for servicing an existing book of business, advising clients on coverages, and completing endorsements, cancelations, and policy issuance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Existing Book of Business: Focus on growth and retention of existing clients.
- Develop and Sell Commercial Insurance: Quote and sell commercial insurance to new and existing clients.
- Provide Superior Customer Service: Work within designated timelines to retain clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Process Endorsements and Documents: Process endorsements and create insurance documents as needed.
- Establish Professional Relationships: Establish and maintain professional relationships with carriers and clients.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Property & Casualty License
- 2+ Years of Sales Experience
- 2+ Years of Commercial Insurance Experience
- Proven Track Record of Sales and Retention
- Excellent Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills
- Ability to Work Independently and on a Team
- Precise Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or 1+ Year of Relevant Sales Experience
- Fluency in Spanish (Welcome but Not Required)
