Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Lines Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for servicing an existing book of business, advising clients on coverages, and completing endorsements, cancelations, and policy issuance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Existing Book of Business: Focus on growth and retention of existing clients.
  • Develop and Sell Commercial Insurance: Quote and sell commercial insurance to new and existing clients.
  • Provide Superior Customer Service: Work within designated timelines to retain clients and generate new business opportunities.
  • Process Endorsements and Documents: Process endorsements and create insurance documents as needed.
  • Establish Professional Relationships: Establish and maintain professional relationships with carriers and clients.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Property & Casualty License
  • 2+ Years of Sales Experience
  • 2+ Years of Commercial Insurance Experience
  • Proven Track Record of Sales and Retention
  • Excellent Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills
  • Ability to Work Independently and on a Team
  • Precise Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Preferred Attributes
  • Bachelor's Degree or 1+ Year of Relevant Sales Experience
  • Fluency in Spanish (Welcome but Not Required)
