We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Sales Representative to join our high-performing sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing an assigned existing book of business, developing and selling commercial insurance to new and existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage an assigned existing book of business, focusing on growth and retention
- Develop and sell commercial insurance to new and existing clients
- Work within designated timelines to provide superior customer service to retain clients and referrals
- Process endorsements and create insurance documents as needed
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with carriers and clients
- High school or equivalent
- Property & Casualty license
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance sales
- 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance, with basic knowledge of general liability, workers' compensation, auto, and property
- Proven track record of generating new business sales, retaining existing business, and cross-selling other lines of business
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well independently and on a team
- Precise verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to deliver a tailored, white-glove experience to all clients
- Bachelor's Degree or 1+ year(s) of relevant sales experience
- Fluency in Spanish is welcome but not required
