Job Summary:

The Facilities Manager will be the single point of contact responsible for all aspects of facilities management within their respective portfolios (PODs). They are accountable to ensure sites are well maintained and are available on weekends and evenings to address any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of facilities, including repairs, renovations, and capital projects.
  • Develop and implement facilities management strategies to optimize space utilization and reduce costs.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address facilities-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of facilities management principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
