Key Responsibilities
  • Answering and Routing Calls: Respond to all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel in a timely and professional manner.
  • Scheduling and Confirming Appointments: Schedule, confirm, and cancel office appointments as patients call in, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Referral and Demographic Management: Work on referrals and import demographics from patient portals, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Voicemail Management: Regularly check and respond to voicemail messages, addressing patient concerns and inquiries.
  • Benefits Verification: Verify patients' health plan benefits and eligibility as needed, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Patient Support: Assist patients with questions and concerns regarding procedures, providing clear and concise information.
  • Medical Record Retrieval: Request medical records from doctors and hospitals, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements
