Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and window cleaning.
2. Maintain restrooms by replenishing supplies and utilizing appropriate cleaning agents.
3. Clean and sanitize office furniture, walls, and windows; manage waste disposal effectively.
4. Conduct thorough cleaning of offices and common areas.
5. Oversee carpet care and maintenance.
6. Manage the cleaning of drapes and upholstery, as well as perform minor repairs on window treatments.
7. Assist with furniture relocation for cleaning purposes or special events.
8. Operate floor maintenance machinery, including buffers and vacuums.
9. Provide clean linens and towels for designated areas and manage laundry services as needed.
10. Sanitize dormitory rooms and common areas, ensuring a hygienic environment.
11. Perform minor repairs on custodial equipment as necessary.
12. Restock custodial supply areas to ensure availability of necessary materials.
13. Carry out limited landscaping tasks, such as mowing and weeding, to maintain outdoor spaces.
14. Adhere to work schedules and attendance policies consistently.
15. Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: At least six months of relevant custodial experience is preferred.
Licensure: A valid driver’s license from the state of residence is required.
Skills:
- Proficient in using modern cleaning equipment and understanding cleaning chemicals.
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and policies related to custodial work.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
