Job Title: Local Contract Nurse RN

Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a skilled local contract nurse RN to join our team in Alabaster, Alabama.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate registered nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a psychiatric setting. As a local contract nurse RN, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and plan direct clinical care for assigned patients
  • Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff as needed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of nursing
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with a minimum 1 year current experience in a psychiatric setting
  • Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a registered nurse
  • CPR-Basic Life Support certification
